Construction Interview - What Questions Will I Typically Be Asked on a Job Interview?
I began to work closely with the over 45 band players Becoming Limitless Review and realized that their cry was mainly "Sir we have issues and no one is prepared to listen, all you want is for us to play instruments but you do not take time to understand where we are coming from or going". I then used that as the medicine for the disease. I answered to that prolonged silent cry by mending the broken-hearted, working closely with them and ensuring they could approach me with any suggestions or how "we" could do things better.
They bought into the vision immediately and teams began to grow in consistency, skill, and accountability. All because there was a room for appeal. The day I made it known to my employees that I truly and sincerely have an "Open door" policy which is real is the dear I began to see productivity taking place. Employees can call for meetings when they feel there is something going wrong in the way services are being delivered. For a long time, I had sensed some silent resistance to laid down company procedures.
People were not behaving as if there was no leadership, they would come at whatever time they felt, they would dress however they wanted, leave the office to unknown destinations, do private jobs during working hours to name just a few. Looking at the scenario closer I realized I had created my own rebels. Am I paying these guys enough to motivate them.", I would ask myself. "Am I modeling good leadership and values-based life.".
On closer scrutiny I realized a hole I was digging, I was setting the team up for failure by modeling how not to do things properly. I was late in coming to work too sometimes no explanation, after all, I am CEO. I would do exactly what I began to see in the team. I, therefore, took responsibility by first changing the way I do things before expecting others to do what I desired. Never cry about rebels when it is you who created them. Instead of labeling them as such, work on yourself and your conduct such that it leaves no room for anyone to behave otherwise.
