Food Can Make You Thin - Eat the Weight Off, Burn Fat While You Sleep!


If you are familiar with some of the different diets on the market today, you will find most of them advise people to steer clear from too many calories. But what is a calorie and how does it relate to weight loss and diet? The definition for calorie is the amount of energy or heat, it takes to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water 1 degree Celsius (1.8 degrees Fahrenheit). WHAT does this have to do with food or weight loss? The caloric intake breaks down to how much energy a certain food contains and provides your body with. 

Basically, the fewer calories a person consumes, the better for their overall health and longevity. This starts to make perfect sense when you look into other far away cultures such as the ancient gurus in India, reports of people living well into their 100's, and simply dying of old age. Did they have to lose weight? What did they eat? Well, they ate mostly vegetarian food diet, but they ate it in very small quantities, along with regular fasts. (I'm not saying people have to eat a vegetarian diet, but just that they need to be eating LESS!)

The plain and simple fact here is that people are consuming way too many calories throughout their day and doing this nonstop EVERY day! People have to be made aware that eating a low-calorie diet plan is the natural way to eat for health and longevity!
